You can’t be Happy in Japan!

Japan is famous for it’s meditation centres, retreats and temples. But, according to a lot of experts, it’s hard to be happy in Japan. The culture, the lifestyles and the work habits of the Japanese people all combine to cut them off from some powerful sources of happiness. Sources that we take for granted. There is also a tendency to be downbeat about the future. They concentrate on gloom, tragedy and disaster. No wonder they have a high suicide rate.
If Japan is going to start an official happiness index like a lot of other countries, they have a long way to go.
Love, Wealth and Happiness, Tommy
