GOOD NEWS for the members of THE HAPPY PEOPLE who use Meditation as one of their paths to a HAPPY Lifestyle!!!!!

The regular practice of the right type of Meditation appears to be beneficial to the immune system, according to new research by scientists in Spain.

People who practise Meditation were found to have higher levels of leucocytes and lymphocytes in their blood than people who don’t meditate, in the recent study. Leucocytes and lymphocytes are white blood cells which play an important role in the body’s immune system by fighting infection.

Researchers at the Hospital in Badajoz, Spain, set out to evaluate the immune systems of people who Meditate.

The scientists studied who had practised Meditation..

The white blood cells of the Meditaters were compared to those of a control group of healthy adults aged 22 to 35 who had not previously done any meditation.

None of the individuals involved in the study were undergoing medical treatment or were obese or played regular sports. All participants followed a Mediterranean diet.

After analysing blood samples taken from both groups, the study found that those who practised Meditation had higher levels of lymphocytes and leucocytes than those who did not. They also had higher levels of Natural Killer cells – cells which combat viral infections and tumour formation.

The researchers concluded: “The technique of meditation studied seems to have a significant effect on immune cells. This effect shows itself in the different circulating levels of lymphocytes analysed.”

The researchers are not certain why Meditation works in this way, but suggest it might be due to the reduction of overall stress levels that the right type of Meditation causes

The researchers said:  “A number of researchers have shown that the right type of meditation can improve immune functions. Our results agree with previous studies that have been done.”

These previous studies on the effects of Meditation on the body showed that it was “an easy form of physical and mental relaxation.” They pointed out that the studies have shown that all people practising Meditation show increases in the good hormonal concentrations, low levels of anxiety and depression, and improved levels of health.

Depression! The Alarming Truth!The number of people who are looking help because they are depressed is 7 times more than what what it was 40 years ago! Let me repeat that. For every victim of depression 40 years ago there are now 7. It is truly alarming!
What Is Depression?
It can effect people at different levels of intensity. It can be weak and short lasting or it can grind you down to feeling suicidal and last for years.
Think about this. A person can be told that they have terminal cancer. They often battle on right up to the end in spite of dreadful pain and suffering. Another can have an attack of depression and after a short time, commit suicide. This, to me, indicates that depression can be more serious in some cases than cancer. Lots of cases of cancer can be cured, suicide can not.
What Can You Do About It?
For our purpose and to keep it simple I am going to suggest describing depression as a lack of  Happiness. This gives you a way to approach it. When you depressed you are having bad feelings that have different levels of intensity and lasting. If you can start having happy feelings, those depressing feelings will be weakened. And if your happy feelings continue and get stronger, your depression will fade away. You may think that this is a bit too simple to deal with something that can be as serious as depression, and I wouldn’t blame you. It is only for the lower levels of depresion. And that means a lot of the people who suffer mild depression can benefit from this. If your depression is occasional and not too bad you are one of the peopel that can change your life around.  So what you must do is become a happy person.
What Is Happiness?
1) The amount of Happiness in your life can be divided into two areas.
A)Your present and your future. Nearly half of your Happiness in life comes from your attitudes and what you do in your daily life. This is mainly the people you mix with i.e spouses, the opposite sex, families and your community.
B) Your genetics and your past life.The rest it is down to your genetics and how you were brought up. And, of course, the unhappiness and depression in your life caused by these factors A) and B).  We, The Happy People, are always looking for ways to build up these areas of your life.
Here is the basic plan for beating depression. For area A), your present and future life, you must learn how to change your attitudes, how you mix with people and what you do so that your life becomes full of Happiness. And how to avoid the ways that people fall into unhappiness.  If B), your past life is a problem area, if you have had a particularly unhappy upbringing and life up until now, you must free yourself from any baggage that has built up. What you learned from parents and teachers may have puts lots of  unhelpful beliefs in your head or caused you unhappiness and to have bad memories. These have to be got rid of. Otherwise they can stop you from moving forward into a really happy lifestyle.
Two of the best ways  your pastto get rid of baggage from are:-
a) Meditation. This is very successful, but it must be the right kind of  meditation. Unfortunately, most of the popular types being taught are not suitable. All meditation is good, but this is a specialized area and needs a special approach.
b) Again a specialized, advanced NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) technique called Clearing Up Personal History.

Happiness, Mental Health And Meditation!
Hi! Here is the post I promised you. It’s a follow on to my last post. As in my previous post, “Get Happiness? Stop Daydreaming!” I’m talking about Meditation being used as a way of stopping the negative thought patterns that emerge when we allow our brains to ‘Day-dream‘. In other words how to increase your Happiness. Here is another article (Link at bottom of post) which links strongly into the previous along with my comments. Again I have put excerpts from the article in italics.

Meditation can shut off the part of the brain associated with daydreaming as well as autism, schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders, according to a Yale study released Monday.

Me:- Here are more reasons why you should meditate. It helps with lots of mental disorders.

Experienced meditators ……… can quiet the brain region known as the default mode network, which consists of the medial prefrontal and posterior cingulate cortex. This region of the brain is responsible for lapses in attention.

Me:- The lapses in attention, or daydreaming is when the mind quite often drifts into negative ways of thinking that, again, often makes them sad, troubled or depressed i.e it stops them being Happy.

The researchers, led by Judson Brewer, an assistant professor of psychiatry, analyzed the brain activity of 24 meditators — half with thousands of hours of practice and half who were novices — with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
For the study, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the participants took part in three meditation exercises and their brain activity was recorded for 4 1/2 minutes. In all three exercises, the experienced meditators were able to deactivate the default mode network. The novices, however, did not change the activity in this brain region.

Me:-This has not been my experience at all. I have taught thousands of people how to meditate. Some, and I admit only a tiny ‘some,’ have had a tremendous result after one or two classes. I’m talking about mental state,positive emotions and even direction in life. And these results were permanent. To suggest that people need thousands of hours to  achieve these great results is not what I know can happen.
This gives a bad impression and would stop people from trying this marvellous therapy. I feel is because all the new research that I read about is about using types of  meditation that is linked to a spiritual or religious agenda.

The researchers also conducted brain imaging of the subjects with their minds at rest. Even when they weren’t meditating, the study found that the brain activity of the experienced meditators was different.. ………

Me:- I agree. If people carry on meditating, they will carry on making improvements in these skills and results.

he said, their brains were constantly suppressing urges to daydream or indulge in thoughts focused on themselves. A preoccupation with one’s own thoughts….. is a trait of such disorders as autism and schizophrenia. Brewer said more research is needed to say whether this means that meditation could ward off these disorders or be used to treat them, but he added that the results are promising. The results also suggest that meditation could help treat depression. Brewer cited earlier studies. If meditation can train the mind to focus, Brewer said, it could increase a sense of well-being.

Me:- I agree thoroughly. I would also repeat that some people show good improvement in the first couple of classes, most are doing it after 10 session and the longer they carry on meditating the stronger they will become mentally. I am talking about 30 minutes a day.

A meditator himself, Brewer said he wasn’t surprised that his study revealed the positive effects of meditation. “You get these delayed benefits that are really remarkable,” he said. “You’re less stressed, and hopefully you’re less of a jerk.”Brewer said many of his patients who struggle with nicotine addiction have successfully used meditation to kick their habits.
Earlier studies have shown that the mind wanders a fair amount. Researchers at Harvard published a study earlier this year that found up to 47 percent of our waking hours are devoted to daydreaming (http://bit.ly/dtZPhj, abstract only). So it’s no surprise that it has become a popular subject of study among neuroscientists.

Me:- More reasons to start meditating as soon as you can.

Earlier this year, for instance, a study out of Wake Forest University School of Medicine found that meditation was more effective at reducing pain than drugs, including morphine (http://bit.ly/fLnHKk, abstract only).

Me:- Even more reasons! LOL!

Fadel Zeidan of the department of neurobiology and anatomy at Wake Forest, that study, said that the findings of the Yale study were plausible. While the Yale research focused on experienced meditators, Zeidan said, his study found that people could reap benefits after practicing meditation for only four days.The more studies on meditation are published, he said, the more the medical establishment will accept meditation as a form of treatment.

Me:- Exactly what I have found. The type of meditation that I do and teach has absolutely no spiritual or philosophical content at all. I believe in philosophy and spirituality but not in connections with my meditation. My type of meditation is an exercise to make my mind strong, healthy and fast moving. It is used to bring high levels of Happiness into my life.
Professor Brewer said that it would help to cure depression and he is right. It is the perfect way to bring Happiness into your life. And as you carry on, to make it stronger. When you start meditating, you will soon find that you get that feeling of  Happiness after a session. But make sure that it is the right type of Meditation for getting what you want.

What’s Stopping You?
Everybody wants to be Happy. Here is an excellent article about Happiness. It points out things that cause unhappy thoughts and feelings. It  covers the causes but it doesn’t tell you how to put things right. On this blog The Happy People work on how to prevent unhappiness and how to build Happiness in your life. To do this we use use Behaviour Modification, the latest Neuroscience research and Neuro Linguistic Programming. That is a bit of a mouthful, isn’t it? But don’t be put off. We also use Meditation.
Meditation is one of the simplest and easiest and most powerful tools you can use to get rid of unhappy feelings and replace them with Happiness.
Who Leads The Happy People?
I have been Meditating for more than 40 years. I officially registered Liverpool’s first Meditation Church 30 years ago, so I know how Meditation can lead you to a happier life. I am also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
So What Is Stopping Me Being Happy?
I have put some excerpts from the article below in italics. Make sure that you read the full article. There is a link to it at the bottom of the article.
One of the problems of building up a Happy lifestyle is that you (and everybody else) has great difficulty in focussing on what you want and staying focussed. Meditation is perfect for this and the other tools I mentioned above work with it perfectly.
This article was written by two top men men from Harvard University in America. The research done was wide and well conducted.

People spend 46.9 percent of their waking hours thinking about something other than what they’re doing, and this mind-wandering typically makes them unhappy………..
“A human mind is a wandering mind, and a wandering mind is an unhappy mind,” Killingsworth and Gilbert write.
Unlike other animals, humans spend a lot of time thinking about what isn’t going on around them: contemplating events that happened in the past, might happen in the future, or may never happen at all. Indeed, mind-wandering appears to be the human brain’s default mode of operation.

Me: As I said above, one of the methods that the Happy People use to build Happiness is Meditation. We have other ways that do not use Meditation but Meditation is so easy to learn and do. The type we do is non religious. It empties your mind and allows it to stop thinking and, as this research shows, thinking can make you unhappy. Our meditation teaches you how to focus on what you are doing which brings you a positive feeling and after a Meditation session you are left with a positive, happy feeling. (As well as Meditation we also learn the psychology of Happiness and the physical behaviours that also lead to it.)
Here are more points that are mentioned in the article.

respondents reported that their minds were wandering 46.9 percent of time, and no less than 30 percent of the time during every activity except making love.

Me: Stop thinking negative thoughts, make love instead. LOL

Killingsworth and Gilbert, a professor of psychology at Harvard, found that people were happiest when making love, exercising, or engaging in conversation. They were least happy when resting, working, or using a home computer.

Me; So there you have it. The perfect life plan. Start NOW! Go to the gym. Make love. Chat to people.
Don’t lie in bed (thinking?), don’t work and don’t use home computers (?????YIKES!) LOL

whereas a person’s mind-wandering status accounted for about 10.8 percent of his or her happiness………….

“Many philosophical and religious traditions teach that happiness is to be found by living in the moment, and practitioners are trained to resist mind wandering and to ‘be here now,’” Killingsworth and Gilbert note in Science. “These traditions suggest that a wandering mind is an unhappy mind.” 

Me: Please note that The Happy People are not a philosophical or religious group. The Meditation goes above that to a higher level.

Killingsworth and Gilbert’s 2,250 subjects in this study ranged in age from 18 to 88, representing a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds and occupations. Seventy-four percent of study participants were American.

Money Equals Happiness
Or so a lot of people think.
But it ain’t necessarily so. Lots of research has been done on this idea and it has been shown that  money is very important but that having lots of money doesn’t always mean that you will be happy.
Some people are wealthy beyond belief and are still unhappy. Here is an example:
How Happy Is Ronaldo?
Ronaldo Cristiano is one of the best paid football stars of all time. He is also one of the best looking and skilful soccer stars of in the world today. He plays for world famous Real Madrid, who paid an unbelievable 94 million euros for him. He is presently earning about 11 million euros per year. How wealthy is that? And now he wants MORE! His present contract has 3 years to go but he is asking for a new contract for 6 years for a record breaking 30 million euros a year. This is nearly 3 times what he is earning at present. Here are just some of the newspaper headlines:
“Enough in enough”
“CR unsettles Madrid and activates the alarm bells”
“CR unsettles Madrid and activates the alarm bells”
Etc., Etc., All stories have photos showing him looking depressed and sad.
” Not Happy!”
Ronaldo admits it and claims that it is for professional reasons. People in the business say that the increase from 11 to 30 million euros will sort out his unhappiness. Can you believe it?
So Happiness Can’t Be Bought
Not for 11 million euros a year, anyway! (Just give me a shot at it! LOL).
Unhappiness Is Harmful!
Here is a lesson for The Happy People. At a time when Ronaldo needs to impress the money men that he is worth the increase to 30 million euros per year, at a time when he needs to display his most dazzling skills, his game is slipping!
That’s right, his unhappiness is causing him to perform below his usual level.
Yes.  His money unhappiness is causing  to play below normal. This is the point that I want to make. Just imagine the mental agony when people are saying bad things about his performances. This is how emotional problems can spring up. One causes another one and it goes on. Until a person who should really be happy can find himself surrounded by problems.
I’m not saying that he shouldn’t ask for more money what I am saying is that he should not allow his financial tactics to affect his emotional level.
The lesson for The Happy People that you must build up, control and guard your emotional states at all times!
(The positive ones of course LOL!)
You may not be a footballer, but all of life  is a game and  must play with every ounce of their skill
and positive emotions.

Meditation! Good For Better HealthAND Depression!

Science is continually looking for ways to improve the quality of our live. What has become increasingly obvious to them is that an unbelievable number of people report suffering from depression. And what is more worrying, the number is increasing every year at an alarming rate. When they looked at this problem, they found that a lot of this depression was caused when people reported feeling loneliness. This was caused by many factors including bereavement, not having a partner or family, being housebound through physical disability or fear of  street crime, financial drawbacks etc. These problems are out of control amongst the elderly. The standards of mental and emotional health among the elderly are inhuman. This is made worse by the number of people living longer. I won’t say enjoying old age because so many of them are not.
So What’s The Good News? 
New research shows that meditation training lasting eight weeks reduced feelings of loneliness in people. They started off knowing that people who reported feeling lonely showed an increase in the number of  inflammation problems they were having. These inflammation problems were causing a variety of diseases. The researchers found that meditation greatly reduced these inflammation problems and helped to clear up the illnesses that they were causing. In the current online edition of the journal Brain, Behavior and Immunity, senior study author Steve Cole, a UCLA professor of medicine and psychiatry and a member of the Norman Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology at UCLA, and colleagues report that the two-month program of  meditation greatly reduced the feelings of loneliness. This report also showed that the people involved showed a marked improvement in the amount of inflammation and the illnesses associated with it.
What Causes Inflammation?
Inflammation is a natural part of the immune system and is used to fight a wide variety of health problems, from infections like flu and gum disease to impact injuries like broken bones. It plays a very important part in the pathology of many diseases and psychological disorders. This research is the first evidence showing that meditation not only decreases loneliness also reduces inflammation and helps to clear up the problems causing the inflammation. If this is borne out by further research, meditation could become a powerful  way to improve the quality of life for many, many people with the long lasting health problems that involve inflammation.In the study, 40 adults were randomly placed in a meditation group or a control group that did not meditate. They were all the participants were rated at the beginning and the end of the study using an established loneliness scale. Blood samples were also collected at the beginning and end of the research. These meditators reported that they no longer felt so lonely and what was more amazing was that their blood tests showed a big reduction in signs of  inflammation.
Will You Find Meditation Hard?
No!
It is the easiest thing in the world once you get started.  This group went to 8 weekly two-hour meetings in which they learned how to meditate. They also practised meditation for 30 minutes each day at home and attended a single daylong retreat.How hard is that. You do do not need to any kind of retreat. This was only required for the sake of this research.
How Good Are These Results?
Excellent! This study is only only the tip of the iceberg. It is just one of a massive amount of research that is showing more and more positive benefits of meditation. Just last month, Dr. Helen Lavretsky, a UCLA professor of psychiatry and a Cousins Center member, published a study showing that a form of  meditation reduced inflammatory problems, as well as stress levels, among individuals who care patients with Alzheimer’s disease.( Please note this was about the carers not the Alzheimer’s disease patients. There is a growing awareness of the long term psychological problems of long term carers. And a lot of work is being done in this area.) The above shows some of the many, many benefits that come from this practise. I know a lot of you readers already meditate. (I hope that it is the right sort of meditation.) If you don’t, start NOW! How Will Meditation Bring You What You Want?
The power of meditation is based in all the things that your mind will bring when you have trained it through meditation. Your mind, or perhaps I should say, the way that you use  your mind, can be the most powerful tool that you ever use in your life.
It can and has changed peoples’ lives around completely. The Net is full of news about research that has been done and how it brings positive mental and physical changes to the people who practise it.
Bigger, Better Brain Users
Let’s look at high achievers like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Richard Branson. These three men have have all been winners in the game of life. Their minds allowed them to dream up big plans. They thought of ways to make those plans come true. They kept on thinking of new ways to keep their plans growing. In the end they conquered their world and kept on growing bigger and better. Their minds just kept getting stronger and stronger.A very important factor in their lives was that they kept a balance in life between the outer world and the inner world. Bill Gates retired early and spends his time on charitable works, Richard Branson spends long periods on his own tropical island  doing things he enjoys and that make him feel good and the late Steve Jobs used to regularly spend long periods of time meditating. These three built up powerful minds and used them in the correct manner. They brought pleasure and  happiness to millions of people, built themselves fantastic lifestyles and always kept that balance between outer success and inner peace. They lived lives of good Karma and enjoyed the paying back of good Karma that such actions bring. I’m sure that when Steve Jobs is reborn he will be operating at an even higher level than he was at in this world. All the good Karma he has earned will return to him many times over. That is the way that Karma works. It follows you from life to life. So not only do you enjoy the rewards of using your brain properly in this life but they will follow you into your next re-incarnation.
Let’s A Look At Some Of  The Losers In The Happiness Game
At the other extreme, we find some of life’s losers like drug abusers, alcoholics and suicidal depressives. All the different levels of lifestyle lie somewhere in between those two groups. And those different levels are all fixed by set patterns of thinking. You are what you think and you are how you think. The quality of your lifestyle is totally based on how you think about life, the people in your life and yourself. You, yourself, are the most important of these three things. Who you think you are, what you think you should have and what you think you are capable of getting will completely control what you are going to get in your life, they have always controlled your life and they will continue to control your life until you can change them.
When, say ‘them’, I am talking about YOU! Who you think you are, what you think you should have and what you think you are capable of getting. These things are your beliefs. The things that you believe about yourself. You must change those beliefs. They are things that hold you back from achieving what you really want in life.
How can you have a love that is deeply fulfilling if you think nobody likes you?
How can you be successful if you believe that you couldn’t succeed  at anything?
How can you be happy if you believe that the world is an unhappy place? All you are doing is building walls to keep you away from what you want.
Lots of people have these type of beliefs and even more strange ones. Where do they come from? The answer is, from lots of places. Parents, teachers and peer groups. Lots of research has been done on the last one. Overwhelming evidence shows that you are very strongly influenced by the people you mix with. The amount of money you earn, the amount of body fat that you carry and the success of your relationships are directly related to the groups of people that you mix, work or live with. (All the more reason for you to join The Happy People. Plus the fact that it is FREE! LOL)
Now I’m not saying that the three top achievers that I mentioned above had negative beliefs like that. They may have done, they may not have done. What they did have was a mental plan that kept them moving forward, allowed them to dream about a positive future and the focus to make those dreams come true. They didn’t necessarily have a better brain than other people. They just played better PROGRAMMES on it.
You! Yes You! How About You?
Well, let me say that if you are not getting the results in your life that you want, it is because you are running the  wrong programmes through your mind. If you want some music you do not tune in to a sports channel, do you? If you want happiness, success and lots of top drawer relationships, then thoughts, beliefs and plans to make them happen must be playing in your mind.
The Happy News
But first the unhappy news. It is practically impossible to get rid of those negative programmes that are controlling your life right now.
So what’s the happy news? The happy news is that when you start running positive programmes, it’s practically impossible to get rid of them! Once you get that winning attitude in your life, everything starts to turn to good and stays good.
So How Do You Get Started?
What you have to do, is replace all those negative messages that you keep sending yourself with positive ones. You have to first get rid of the negative ones. The way to do this is to start MEDITATING! You are dragging a wagon load of negative, unhelpful beliefs and behaviours behind you. Meditation will allow you to leave them behind and get busy with your new ones. When you have emptied your mind of all it’s old, useless baggage, you can fill it up with the good stuff! And then your fun will start. And believe me, you will have some fun.
Just imagine how good you will feel when some of your plans start to work out for you. Don’t get me wrong, Meditation is not Magic. You must learn how to do it properly, you must plan for what you want and you must focus. But meditation will help you to do these things better and easier. It must be the right type of meditation. There are many, many, many types of meditation. All of them are helpful for you BUT if you want the deep, life changes that we are talking about here then you must learn Empty Mind/Zen/Chan meditation. It is the only one that I know that is really suitable.

Do you want a low level, depressing disappointing life-style? Of course you don’t!
Do you want all of life’s goodies? Lots of love, self-confidence, happiness and enough wealth to lead the sort of life that you want? Of course you do! Everybody does!
So what holds you back?
Why are so many of you disappointed with the way life is treating you?
Well, lots of things can hold you back. Things like:
Karmic Action And It’s Good Or Bad Effects
Well, the MAIN problem is YOU. Your major problem is that you do not fully understand the Law of Karma, how important it is in  your present life and how it effects all your future re-incarnations.
There are also problems with your self confidence, your way of thinking and what you do or don’t do.  There are many other reasons but these are probably the ones for most people.
Karma, your self confidence, your way of thinking and your actions will work together to give you the sort of life that you are getting right now. Now that is fine, if the sort of life that you are getting right now is the sort of life that you really want. But if the sort of life that you are getting right now is not exactly the sort of life that you want, then you must make changes. YOU must make changes in you.
Nobody else can make the changes. You must do it. You must make those changes in YOURself. In your confidence, your way of thinking and what you do or don’t do!
You can see the sense there can’t you?

If you carry on doing the exact same things that you have always done, you will keep on getting exactly the same sort of life that you you are having now.
If you want your life to change, then you must change the things that you do.

What Can Meditation Do?
Meditation provides many almost magical methods for changing your life. You can use it to build up your Good Karma and, at the same time, cut down on anxiety, unhappiness and depression. This will make your life happier.You can use it to turn your life completely around, you can use it to get the things you want and you can use it to put power into any self-improvement targets that you are working on. Personal programmes such as weight loss, building intimate relationships or getting wealthy can all be helped by using it  It will help you set up, stick at and achieve the targets that you want up for yourself.
Other Benefits You Will Get
While you may be using meditation for any of the above or even other purposes, I would like to point out something else of great benefit to you. While you are meditating, and it doesn’t matter why you are doing it, you get side effects. Here are three of the most important, most beneficial and most powerful side effects:
1)The Best Side Effect
 As you meditate, you produce a small but steady flow of hormones  that make you feel good. I make use of this effect. If ever I feel problems building up, I increase my mediTation (please note, meditaTion, not mediCation  lol).  This increases my flow of the ‘happy’ hormones. The ‘happy’ hormones enable me to always be on top of things, to always feel good and always act positively. This is a good way of dealing with bouts of self doubt, anxiety or depression. It is a fantastic skill for you to work on. If you keep working on it, it becomes easy to use and more powerful. This skill plus regular meditation will keep you moving forward. It will allow you to by-pass any problems or set-backs on your way to the plans that you have for your life.
The way to build up this skill is to become aware of any signs of a happy feeling caused by your meditation. Perhaps it may only be very slight at first, but it can often be quite strong and easy to notice. When you notice it concentrate on where you feel it it and how it feels. Amplify and allow it to spread. At present this may sound difficult. Let me tell you that once you get into your meditating, you will quickly notice this feeling. And you will easily amplify it and be able to let it spread.
2)Keep Your Karma Working For You
When you are meditating and producing these ‘happy’ hormones you are living in tune with the Laws of Nature, you are in tune with the Cosmos and you act in harmony with the people around you. This will build a strong flow of good Karma. This will enable you to be even more on top of things, to feel even better and act even positively. This is a positive loop. To always be on top of things, to always feel good and always act positively produces good Karma. Good Karma produces even more of those good things in your attitude to your life. Around and  around they go, feeding each other. And growing ever stronger. And the opposite is true. When you are depressed about thing, anxious or miserable about things, you are producing toxic chemicals in your bloodstream. You are building Bad Karma for  you for your future. You are making sure that you will have even more anxiety, sadness and depression. The Law Of Attraction says that what you focus on will come to you. So stop focusing on negative, harmful things.You could be building up a chain of Bad Karma that will ruin your life. Not only your life now, not only your lie in the immediate future but also your next life. And, possibly your next couple of lives. Start meditating and focus on the positive effects that it produces in you. Effects like Love, Peace and Happiness. These will have an effect on your life right now, in your immediate immediate future. And, if you keep doing it, your next couple of lives.
3) Your Luck Will Change!
As 1) and 2)are taking place in your life, you will notice something else. Your luck will start to change. You will notice lots of lucky things begin to happen. Good things start appear in your life. This is the good Karma starting to work for you. The good Karmic vibrations, that you are causing, are building up and coming back to you.
